A committed educationist and a teacher by heart. he started her career as a teacher,worked as Academic Coordinator, Founder Principal of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Nagarajuna Vidya Nikethan and former Director of academics for Agragahmi group of Institutions. he worked as an academics consultant in many schools acrros Karnataka and also at Andra Pradesh. Her role at Shanthi Nikethana School is to guide the Kindergarten section in the areas of developing need based curriculum, strengthening teaching methodology and learning process of children in all areas.
